There is a lot of meaning all around us. Meaning which throws light over dark, meaning that reveals an unknown or a misunderstood. So is meaning the essence of life? Since meaning is essential to attach understanding (a fair one) to anything, it might be correct to say that there should be little opposition to the above-placed question. Yet the true nature of meaning, its property of illuminating the dark seems to be at a threat. No. Correction, the true nature of meaning is almost lost.
A Lie cannot be equicalent to truth, right?
A lie changes the meaning attached to anything which becomes dis-illuminating rather than revealing. So a lie effectively results in creating or contributes to create a less meaningful environment. It is important to know and understand this deep thought because if true meaning is lost, thoughts are aimless arrows.
I mean if you think out something based on some statements or facts (which are not true, which have been dis-illuminated and has false meanings) and if you are rational and correct in your thinking, you will inevitably reach an incorrect conclusion which you will believe to be true. The higher your intellect (and hence self-esteem), the more you will insist on the correctness of your conclusion. I don't have problems with that.
But the problems start emerging when the world starts accepting your conclusions and base them to further their own thought concerning the particular subject or object.
So a lot depends on every conclusion you make, or every statement you issue using your words.
Thinking before thinking and concluding is just too important.
And it shall keep gaining importance more and more as time progresses for the meaning is being eroded and the trend is Geometrically Progressive as well as fashionable and scandalous. Hence, the meaning will erode and often you shall look at that which is false, but you won't recognise that falsity. You just won't unless you research quite a bit which I assume you wouldn't. It is not proper to ponder before any thought. Nothing is faster than the speed of the thoughts and you can't slow 'em down.
Hence, the situation is grim. You just can't help it. What you may think might invariably be incorrect. The point of this entire writing is to caution you before drawing any conclusions and announcing them publicly.
This can have serious consequences.
Please let man remain an intelligent animal.
